Watch: Diljit Dosanjh extends Gurupurab wishes to fans at Hyderabad concert

Punjabi superstar Diljit Dosanjh enthralled his fans in Hyderabad after mesmerising audiences in Delhi and Jaipur. He will next perform in Ahmedabad as part of his Dil-Luminati India Tour. During his recent concert in Hyderabad, the singer-actor took a moment to extend his heartfelt wishes to fans in celebration of Guru Nanak Jayanti.
Sharing a video from the Hyderbad concert, Diljit wrote, “Kirat Karo Naam Japo Vand Shako. Happy Gurpurab Hyderabad. DIL-LUMINATI TOUR Year 24 Next Ahmedabad (sic).”
In the video, Diljit wishes his fans on Gurpurab and is later seen paying homage to Guru Nanak Dev along with his team. He also shares the three pillars of Guru Nanak’s teachings: Kirat Karo (honest living), Naam Japo (chant), and Vand Shako (share with others).
Ahead of the Hyderabad concert, the Telangana government issued a notice to Diljit Dosanjh and the organisers of his Dil-Luminati concert. The notice mandated that Dosanjh refrain from performing any songs that promote alcohol, drugs, or violence, citing past instances where similar songs were part of his repertoire.
Diljit Dosanjh’s Dil-Luminati tour, spanning 11 cities, began on October 26, in New Delhi. Hyderabad was the third stop on the tour, and he will next perform in Ahmedabad.
