Antique *rare* 1904 Lee's Sealed Gauze Bandage. Seal never broken, it's a great little piece of early 20th century memorabilia This was hand packaged in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania at the turn of the last century by a company that was purchased by Johnson & Johnson. They made their first major acquisition in 1905 when it purchased the J Ellwood Lee company of Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.  That company was a medical products manufacturer that made medicinal plasters, catheters and other medical equipment.   Lee, a self-made business success, became a member of the Johnson & Johnson Board of Directors along with two of his associates.
